Please email us within 2 hours of placing your order so we can do our best to help. Unfortunately, requested changes will not be actioned once orders are shipped. Please note, we are not responsible for any address and order errors made by the customer.
If you're unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product, and wish to return it, please do so, unopened via tracked shipping within 30 days of your purchase. We will gladly refund your order if there's a mix up.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange opened or used products.
Majority of our products are shipped within 5-12 days USA/EU. International orders are shipped within 12-20 days. There are exceptions to this, shipping times are increased in holiday periods and global sales. New product launches can also slow down our shipping times.
